2012 RENEWAL NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LICENSEES AND MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATORS:
Due to the 2012 license renewal, we are experiencing extremely high call volumes and, as a result, our voicemail boxes become full. Our Licensing staff is currently reviewing and renewing all license renewal applications as quickly as possible.
If you are calling regarding your renewal status, please keep checking NMLS on a daily basis. If you are calling pertaining to a deficiency posted on NMLS, please submit your information and inquiry to our email address at FPR.MortgageLicensing@illinois.gov or by fax to 217/557-8489.
It is imperative that you clear any deficiencies and requirements posted on NMLS as this may delay the company renewal as well as the renewal of all of your Mortgage Loan Originators.
