Charles D. DuBois

District Supervisor, Bank and Thrift Supervision - Springfield

Chuck has been with Department since 1988. Chuck served as a Bank Examiner through 2002 and was the Off-Site Monitoring Coordinator through November of 2005. He was promoted to District Supervisor effective December of 2005.

Chuck attended Lincoln Land Community College, Springfield, Illinois and graduated from Illinois College, Jacksonville, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration and Economics. Mr. DuBois has also successfully completed the commercial bank examiner schools sponsored by the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and has attended various bank related seminars. Mr. DuBois received certification as a Certified Public Accountant in 1998, Certified Bank Auditor in 1997 and Certified Information Systems Auditor in 2001. Mr. DuBois is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
