Bureau Training Coordinator
Reginald was appointed the Bureau Training Coordinator November 2001. He maintains ongoing communication with supervisors and managers to assess the training needs of Bureau employees and provide best practice methods for meeting these needs. Clay maintains regular communication with numerous state and federal agencies, trade associations and other outside organizations which serve as resources to meet ongoing training needs of Bureau staff. Reginald is a graduate of Purdue University Calumet, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He transferred to the former Office of Banks and Real Estate in 1991. During his tenure with the agency, Clay worked as both a Commercial Bank Examiner as well as an Information Technology Examiner. He participated in numerous examinations and training sessions with various state and federal agencies. Reginald holds a Training Manager/Director certification from Langevin Learning Services.
