View Financial Reports of your bank
For institutions insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the FDIC website offers
financial reports for individual financial institutions.
Illinois state-chartered
banks are required to submit what is called a Call Report quarterly, which
is a report that shows their financial condition. On the FDIC’s website,
you can review the balance sheet of every insured bank in the United
States (state or national). The site also allows you to compare multiple
quarters of information about each bank or banks. You can also sort the
reports by city or county and download the information. These bank balance
sheets are filed at the end of each calendar quarter.
Report of Examination and
Bank Rating
The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (DFPR), Division
of Banking has a legal obligation to not release any report of examination,
visitation, or investigation prepared by the Commissioner or the safety
and soundness rating of any bank to the public.
