The Illinois Department of Insurance has determined that all Foreign and Alien companies licensed in Illinois will not be required to submit any quarterly financial statement filings beginning with the March 31, 2004 statement. Please be advised that the annual statement for each company licensed in Illinois is still due on March 1st of each year pursuant to 215 ILCS 5/136, 215 ILCS 125/2-7 (HMOs) and 215 ILCS 130/2007 (LHSOs).
