This notice applies to all companies required to file an annual Form B, Holding Company Registration Statement pursuant to 215 ILCS 5/131.16. Please be aware that this year invoice vouchers for the $100 filing fee will not be mailed as they have been in the past.
However, please be advised that the filing fee of $100 is still required for each annual Form B submitted to the Department, pursuant to 215 ILCS 5/408(cc). Therefore, please include the Form B filing fee with the annual Form B which is due May 1st.
