Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Director of Insurance has revoked the insurance producer license of David C. Bova of Bloomington effective February 21, 2003. Mr. Bova had been licensed since November 12, 1997.

Mr. Bova was licensed to sell life, accident and health, and fire and casualty insurance. The revocation was a result of an investigation revealing the improper withholding of fiduciary monies, the failure to aid and facilitate the Director in an examination, and the failure to notify the Director of a change of address as required.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
