Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Arnold Dutcher has revoked the Insurance Producer License of Jay A. Jensen of Downs effective February 28, 2003. Mr. Jensen had been licensed since August 27, 1992. Mr. Jensen was licensed to sell life, accident and health and variable insurance.

Mr. Jensen was revoked as a result of a hearing on an Order of Revocation issued by the Director. The revocation was based on Mr. Jensen's felony conviction involving insurance fraud.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law, he may have a right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
