Storm Damage Meetings

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Given the tremendous damage caused by the recent storms in central Illinois, Director J. Anthony Clark has directed Department staff to conduct outreach meetings to assist persons having difficulty with insurance claims. Rick Hidlebaugh, the Department's Outreach Coordinator, will be available to answer questions and assist consumers on Tuesday, May 20 and Wednesday May 21. The time and locations are listed below.

Consumers should bring their policies and other documentation for Department staff to answer their questions. You can also call the Department of Insurance toll free at 866-445-5364 to ask insurance questions or to file a complaint.
