Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Director of Insurance J. Anthony Clark has revoked the insurance producer license of Kevin B. Dermody of Oswego, Illinois effective December 22, 2003. Mr. Dermody had been licensed since June 2, 1992.

Mr. Dermody was licensed to sell life, accident and health, and variable life insurance. The license of Mr. Dermody was revoked as a result of an Order of Revocation issued by the Director. The Order of Revocation was based on an investigation revealing that the Illinois Secretary of State Securities Department issued a Consent Order of Revocation ordering Mr. Dermody's registration as a salesperson and as an investment advisor in the State of Illinois be revoked.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order.
