Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has revoked the insurance producer license of Eugene O. Joseph of Chicago effective February 25, 2004. Mr. Joseph had been licensed since August 24, 1999.

Mr. Joseph was licensed to sell life, accident and health insurance. The license of Mr. Joseph was revoked by Director’s Order from Hearing #4074. The hearing was held regarding the Department’s Order of Revocation dated May 7, 2003. The Order of Revocation was based on a felony conviction of Bank Fraud.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director’s Order is attached.
