Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has revoked the insurance producer license of Roger A. Householder of Park Ridge, Illinois effective March 24, 2004. Mr. Householder had been licensed since November 24, 1986.

Mr. Householder was licensed to sell life, accident, health, and variable. The licenses were revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee had been permanently prohibited from offering or selling securities and from rendering investment advise for a fee by the State of Illinois Securities Department. The State of Illinois Securities Department determined that Mr. Householder had mishandled consumer monies.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
