Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has revoked the insurance producer license of Michael F. Napadow of West Dundee, Illinois effective March 24, 2004. Mr. Napadow had been licensed as a Limited Representative from November 25, 1997 through January 1, 2000 and January 31, 2003 through January 1, 2004 and as a Producer since May 27, 2003.

Mr. Napadow was licensed to sell limited lines, fire and casualty. The license was revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee engaged in transacting business for a non-admitted and violated an insurance law of the Director and insurance laws of another state’s insurance commissioner.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
