Insurance License Suspended

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has suspended the insurance producer license of Concepcion P. Gonzalez of Collinsville effective June 24, 2004. Ms. Gonzalez had been licensed since September 10, 2003.

Ms. Gonzalez was licensed to sell casualty and fire insurance. Ms. Gonzalez's license was suspended by Director's Order from Hearing #04-HR-0146. The hearing was held regarding the Department's Order of Revocation dated February 6, 2004. The suspension will remain in effect until Ms. Gonzalez satisfies certain requirements as provided for in the Director's Order.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law she may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
