Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has revoked the insurance producer license of Clarence H. Kusgen of Mount Vernon, Illinois effective July 17, 2004. Mr. Kusgen had been licensed since November 24, 1986.

Mr. Kusgen was licensed to sell life, accident, and health. The licenses were revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee had violated the disclosure law, the replacement regulation, and failed to reveal known health information of an insured on an application for insurance.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director’s Order is attached.
