Insurance License Denied

SPRINGFIELD, IL. – Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has revoked the insurance producer license of Curtis D. Mase of Glen Carbon, Illinois effective September 30, 2004. Mr. Mase had been licensed since June 2, 1989.

Mr. Mase was licensed to sell life, accident and health, and variable insurance. His license was revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed the licensee was convicted of a felony involving securities fraud in 2003.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law, he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order.
