Insurance Licenses Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. - Acting Illinois Director of Insurance, Deirdre K. Manna, has revoked the insurance Business Entity license of AA&A Insurance Agency, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois and the insurance producer license of Corrine F. Parks of Tinley Park, Illinois effective November 17, 2004. AA&A Insurance Agency, Inc. had been licensed since May 19, 1999 and Ms. Parks had been licensed since 1973.

Both were licensed to sell life, accident, health, fire and casualty. The licenses were revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensees issued a fraudulent binder and NSF checks to the Illinois Fair Plan, multiple Premium Fund Trust Account record keeping violations, and violations of a previously issued Director's Order.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law they may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
