Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Acting Illinois Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has suspended the insurance producer license of Rodney P. Crandall Jr. of Wonder Lake, Illinois effective November 19, 2004. Mr. Crandall had been licensed since August 21, 2000.

Mr. Crandall was licensed to sell life, accident, health, and variable. The licenses were suspended as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee has an unpaid tax liability in the amount of $1,544.96 due the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
