Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Acting Illinois Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has suspended the insurance producer license of Roland L. Fletcher of Peoria, Illinois effective November 19, 2004. Mr. Fletcher had been licensed since January 12, 1999.

Mr. Fletcher was licensed to sell life, accident, health, fire, and casualty. The licenses were suspended as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee has an unpaid tax liability in the amount of $706.98 due the Illinois Department of Revenue and has failed to file 1999 IL-1040 return.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
