Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Acting Illinois Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has suspended the insurance producer license of Danny Burrell of Country Club Hills, Illinois effective November 26, 2004. Mr. Burrell had been licensed since March 13, 2003.

Mr. Burrell was licensed to sell life insurance. The license was suspended as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee has an unpaid tax liability in the amount of $5,455.66 due the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
