Administrative Order Issued

SPRINGFIELD, IL. - Acting Illinois Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has issued a Stipulation and Consent Order regarding the insurance producer license of Anthony E. George of Lincolnwood, Illinois effective October 13, 2004. Mr. George has been licensed since September 19, 1996.

Mr. George is licensed to sell life, accident, health, fire, and casualty insurance. The Stipulation and Consent Order, which includes a $2,500 civil forfeiture and corrective orders, alleges that Mr. George improperly withheld fiduciary monies.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
