Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Acting Illinois Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has suspended the insurance producer license of Kevin P. Kelley of Elgin, Illinois effective November 26, 2004. Mr. Kelley had been licensed since October 22, 2002.

Mr. Kelley was licensed to sell life, accident, health, casualty, and fire insurance. The license was suspended as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee has an unpaid tax liability in the amount of $1,892.62 due the Illinois Department of Revenue and has failed to file his 2002 IL-1040 return.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
