Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Acting Illinois Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has suspended the insurance producer license of Kem Mike Gibson of Moberly, Illinois effective December 1, 2004. Mr. Gibson had been licensed since April 23, 2003.

Mr. Gibson was licensed to sell life, accident, and health. The licenses were suspended as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee has an unpaid tax liability in the amount of $6,990.91 due the Illinois Department of Revenue and has failed to file 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 IL-1040 returns.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
