Insurance License Application Denied

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has denied the license of Michael A. Jackson of Richton Park, Illinois effective November 30, 2004.

Mr. Jackson was applying for a license to sell life, accident, health, fire, and casualty insurance The license of Mr. Jackson was denied by Director's Order from Hearing #04 HR 0423. The hearing was held regarding the Department's Letter of Denial dated April 12, 2004. The Letter of Denial was issued as a result of an investigation revealing Mr. Jackson had submitted a fraudulent producer license to an insurer alleging he was licensed.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
