Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. - Acting Illinois Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has revoked the insurance producer license of Cynthia A. Redict-Adams of Chicago effective December 21, 2004. Ms. Redict-Adams had been licensed since March 4, 1987.

Ms. Redict-Adams was licensed to sell life, accident and health and fire insurance. The license of Ms. Redict-Adams was revoked as a result of an Order of Revocation dated November 19, 2004. The Order of Revocation was issued as a result of a violation of a previously issued Director's Order (failing to repay monies due an insurer) and the improper withholding of insurance premiums.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law she may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
