Insurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna has revoked the insurance producer licenses of Ronald Wayne Miller and RW Miller Insurance Agency, Inc. both of Belleville, Illinois effective January 7, 2005. Mr. Miller and RW Miller Insurance Agency, Inc. had been continuously licensed since July 28, 2000 and February 27, 1985 respectively.

Mr. Miller and RW Miller Insurance Agency, Inc. were licensed to sell life, accident, health, fire and casualty. The licenses were revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee had failed to abide by a Stipulation and Consent Order by failing to pay the civil forfeiture of $10,000.00 and failing to refund $2,876.54 in return premiums to eighteen (18) consumers, both within 30 days as required by the Stipulation and Consent Order.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
