IInsurance License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. - On March 2, 2005 then Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna revoked the insurance producer license of Becky S. Baxter of Peoria, Illinois. Ms. Baxter had been licensed since October 28, 2002.

Ms. Baxter was licensed to sell fire, and casualty insurance. The licenses were revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee improperly withheld premiums and failed to facilitate the Director in the examination.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law she may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
