Insurance License Application Denied

SPRINGFIELD, IL. - On March 7, 2005 then Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna denied the insurance producer license application of Tanasha V. Tanadabouth of Algonquin, Illinois effective April 6, 2005.

Ms. Thanadabouth was applying for a license to sell life insurance. Her license application was denied as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Applicant was convicted of felony Financial I.D. Theft on May 06, 2004.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law she may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
