Ingleside Insurance Agent's License Revoked

SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- On March 17, 2005 then Illinois Acting Director of Insurance Deirdre K. Manna revoked the insurance producer license of Jeremy Roy Flahaven of Ingleside, Illinois effective April 20, 2005. Mr. Flahaven had been licensed since April 23, 2001.

Mr. Flahaven was licensed to sell life, accident, and health insurance. The license was revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee violated insurance laws of another state, violated two Director's Orders of another state, and subsequently had his license revoked by the State of Minnesota.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director's Order is attached.
