SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Director of Insurance Michael T. McRaith has revoked the insurance producer license of Byron L. Bradley of Gilbert, Arizona effective June 3, 2005.

Mr. Bradley was licensed as a non-resident insurance producer to sell life, accident, health, fire, and casualty insurance. His license was revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee was convicted of felony Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence in 2004 and failed to notify the Division within thirty (30) days as required by law.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director’s Order is attached.
