SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Director of Insurance Michael T. McRaith has revoked the insurance producer license of Frances L. Brooks of Chicago, Illinois effective July 22, 2005.

Ms. Brooks had been licensed since July 30, 2001. Ms. Brooks was licensed to sell life, accident and health insurance. The licenses were revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee improperly withheld premiums and failed to facilitate and the Director in the examination.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law she may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director’s Order is attached.
