SPRINGFIELD, IL. -- Illinois Director of Insurance Michael T. McRaith has revoked the employee leasing company license of Great Lakes Solutions of Chicago, Illinois effective July 22, 2005. Great Lakes Solutions had been licensed since September 9, 2004.

Great Lakes Solutions was licensed to act as an employee leasing company. The employee leasing company was revoked as a result of an investigation, which revealed that the Licensee had failed to maintain valid workers’ compensation coverage for all their employees as required by law.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law they may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director’s Order is attached.
