SPRINGFIELD, IL. – Illinois Director of Insurance Michael T. McRaith has revoked the insurance producer license of Michael Wojnowski of Bensenville effective October 7, 2005. Mr. Wojnowski’s license was revoked as a result of an investigation that revealed he had been convicted of eleven (11) felonies in 2005. The felonies were one count/Securities violation – Investment Advisor Fraud, two counts/Security violation – Receive Money by Fraud, two counts/Security violation, three counts/Theft – Unauthorized Control of Property over $100,000.00, and three counts/Theft by Deception – More than $100,000.00.

Under the Illinois Administrative Review Law he may have the right to appeal and request a stay of the Order. A copy of the Director’s Order is attached.
