Division Overview
The Division of Professional Regulation is divided into
two operating divisions with specific duties and responsibilities.

EXAMINATION
Applications for examination
are screened to determine eligibility based on the education
and experience of the applicant. Eligible candidates are scheduled
to take the proper examination. Examinations are given at
regular intervals depending on the profession. Specific test
dates are contained in the application package provided by
the Department. Application packets may be downloaded from
our Web site by clicking on the specific profession under
"Profession Selection." Candidates passing the examination
and meeting all other requirements for licensure are then
licensed by the Department.
