ENDORSEMENT
Individuals who are already
licensed in another state may apply for an Illinois license
by endorsement from that state, or acceptance of that state's
examination. Applicants from other states may not be required
to pass an examination in Illinois if they meet requirements
set forth in the professional licensing statutes and rules,
such as proof of education, testing and experience. However,
a license will not be issued until the Division has received
and approved all documentation.
Inquiries regarding individuals currently licensed by the
Division; i.e., licensure verification, certification of
licensure to another state, address change, name change, and
restoration of a license may be directed to the Licensure
Maintenance Unit. Access the Division's Web Site at http://www.idfpr.com/DPR/default2.asp for the following: LICENSE LOOKUP Look up an individual or
