Realty D/B/A Remax Express -- 3/31/99 -- The real estate broker cicense
of Gary B. Harvey and the broker corporation license of GBH Realty d/b/a
ReMax Express were summarily suspended on March 31, 1999. Gary Harvey
was the owner and managing broker of GBH Realty d/b/a ReMax Express. During
an investigation and audit of GBH Realty d/b/a ReMax Express, the Office
of Banks and Real Estate discovered substantial escrow violations and
evidence of unlicensed practice.
