NOTICE: A problem was discovered which prevented some licensees from renewing their controlled substance license after renewing their Veterinarian license first. This problem has been resolved. You should now be able to access your controlled substance renewal via your primary license logon OR by using the alternate logon methods (DOB, SSN) for the controlled substance license.
