CHICAGO, IL–The Illinois Division of Professional Regulation has indefinitely suspended the registered professional nurse’s license of Raymond Marquez. A consent order suspending the license was signed on January 27, 2005 by Marquez, Jane Pond, a member of the Illinois Board of Nursing and Acting Director Daniel Bluthardt. Marquez surrendered his license at that time.
Marquez was arrested and charged with residential burglary in Lake Forest on January 20, 2005.
Marquez was licensed by the State of Illinois in April 1996 and has had no previous disciplinary actions taken against him by the Department. To view a copy of the order please click here: Raymond Marquez Suspension Order.
