Department Suspends License of Chicago R.N.

Family of Under-age Victim Notified Department of Jabczynski’s Arrest

CHICAGO, IL–The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation suspended the license of Chicago-based R.N. Ronald Jabczynski.  In the order signed by Daniel E. Bluthardt, Acting Director of the Division of Professional Regulation, Jabczynski’s license was suspended only days after he was arrested for public indecency, lewd exposure and aggravated battery of a police officer.

The Department received a complaint against Jabczynski from the family of the minor victim in this case on April 3, the date of his arrest.   By the action taken today, Jabczynski’s license is immediately suspended.  A hearing on this matter will be scheduled before the Administrative Law Judge at the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Nursing Disciplinary Board of the State of Illinois.
