1. Review or print the download instructions then click on the following link and follow the download instruction steps:

2. Choose “Save”. Then select a location and save the file (be sure to remember the location).












3. Locate and open BenCalcDownload.exe.






4. Click on Unzip.






5. Click on OK.






6. Click Close (located to the right of the Browse button).

***IF YOU DID NOT PREVIOUSLY HAVE VERSION 3, YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A NEW SHORTCUT***

HOW TO CREATE A NEW SHORTCUT

1. Locate the C:\BenCalc folder and single click on Benefit Calculator Version 3 to highlight it.






2. Click on Edit and select Copy To Folder... from the drop down menu.






3. Select Desktop and click on OK.






4. Verify that the shortcut to the calculator has been placed on your desktop.






5. If you have a shortcut to an older version of the Benefit Calculator, it is recommended that you remove it. It will not function correctly with Benefit Calculator v3.0.
