The state of Illinois has established I-Save Rx, and the States of Wisconsin and Missouri have recently announced their participation in the program. Under I-Save Rx, refill prescriptions are ordered in three-month supplies from pharmacies in Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom, with an expected savings of up to 50%.
