Sharron Hayes
The certified residential real estate appraiser license was refused renewal
for being more than 30 days delinquent on child support payments. License
will not be renewed until proof that all child support liabilities have
been paid is provided.
Susan Mustari
Respondent violated USPAP by making errors of omission or commission in
the appraisal report for the subject property at 1450 Pebble Creek Drive,
Glenview, IL. Respondent's certified residential appraiser license will
be placed on probation for two years. As conditions of the probation,
Respondent must complete the USPAP course and Residential Report Writing
course within 6 months of the effective date of the Consent Order. Respondent
must submit semi-annual reports to the Division's Probation Monitor.
