Chambers -- 06/06/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was revoked for making substantial misrepresentations on a listing, for making false promises to sellers, for engaging in unprofessional conduct, and for failing to place her sponsoring broker's business name in an advertisement.

Kanti K. Patel --03/14/01 --The Real Estate Broker license was placed on probation for two years, subject to certain conditions, for leaving blanks in a contract, failing to secure initials from the principals on all amendments to the contract, and failing to adequately advise his client regarding the maintenance of the earnest money required under the contract.

Sheri D. Kriemelmeyer -- 10/18/01 The Real Estate Salesperson license is eligible to be restored to active status from probation after having satisfied all outstanding Illinois tax liabilities.

Jesus Berreles and Mireya Delgado -- 04/17/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license of Jesus Berreles was reprimanded with the further condition that Mr. Berreles submit quarterly escrow reports for one year and complete the Broker Administration and Agency courses within 90 days for inadvertently allowing earnest money to be briefly deposited into an operating account and for failing to maintain reconciliation work sheets in the proper format. The Real Estate Salesperson license of Mireya Delgado was reprimanded with the further condition that Ms. Delgado complete the Broker Administration and Agency courses within 90 days for serving as a dual agent on a transaction involving property owned by Ms. Delgado.

Chicago:

Faithia Anderson --8-31-2001 --The Real Estate Salesperson license refused renewal for failure to satisfy Illinois income tax liabilities.

Larry W. Anoman --01/12/01 --The Real Estate Salesperson license was placed in refused to renew status for failing to complete his continuing education requirements for the 1997 - 1999 renewal period.

Larry W. Anoman -- 04/09/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was renewed after Mr. Anoman completed all continuing education for the 1999 renewal and provided the Office of Banks and Real Estate with the proper certificates of completion.

Raafat Arman -- 12/17/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was reprimanded and a $1,200.00 fine was assessed for practicing real estate on a non-renewed license for a period of twelve months.

Yana Avasko -- 01/12/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate which was dishonored.

Ronald Baader -- 11/02/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was revoked for a minimum of five (5) years for failure to complete required continuing education.

Pontarelli -- 10/18/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license of Dennis Biedron was placed on probation for 18 months and the Real Estate Broker Corporation license of Pontarelli Real Estate Group Incorporated was placed on probation for 18 months based upon allegations involving misleading advertisements and failing to comply with all office requirements. The Real Estate Broker license of Michael R. Pontarelli was reprimanded for serving as an officer of record of Pontarelli Real Estate Group, Inc., while his broker license was in non-renewed status.

Brant Booker -- 03/14/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was reprimanded and fined $1,000 dollars for failing to account for monies coming into his possession and failing to timely tender such funds to his sponsoring broker.

Valerie P. Brown -- 12/17/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was terminated for failing to rectify a remittance to OBRE that was dishonored.

Theodore J. Bruck -- 12/17/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was suspended for six months to be followed by a cancellation of the license for failing to comply with all rules regarding the sale of property owned by Mr. Bruck, and for failing to operate a real estate office in compliance with all current rules.

Michelle Hanna --01/12/01 -- Unlicensed individual was assessed a $1,000 civil penalty for engaging in the unauthorized practice of real estate while working at the Greater Midwest Real Estate Group.

Osvaldo Hernandez -- 05/14/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was reprimanded, and a $1,800 fine was assessed, for engaging in the unlicensed practice of real estate at Citywide Investors, Inc; for aiding and abetting an employee of Citywide Investors, Inc. in the unlicensed practice of real estate; and for failing to renew the corporation license of Citywide Investors, Inc.

Graig A. Hogan -- 8-6-2001 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was revoked for a minimum of (2) years for failure to disclose prior licensure in another state.

Jerome Hopkins -- 11/02/01 --The Real Estate Salesperson license was refused renewal for failure to satisfy Illinois tax liabilities.

Hakim Jaradat -- 03/14/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was placed on probation for two years, subject to certain conditions, for leaving blanks in a contract, failing to secure initials from the principals on all amendments to the contract, failing to adequately advise his client regarding the maintenance of the earnest money required under the contract, and engaging in the practice of real estate on a sporadic basis during a seven month period on a non-renewed license.

Yahya Karim -- 11/20/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was placed on probation for a period of two (2) years, and a $1,500.00 fine was assessed, and extra continuing education was required, for failure to satisfy a prior disciplinary order and for certifying on his Salesperson application that he had never had a professional license or permit disciplined when he had.

Andrew J. Kiener -- 04/26/01 -- The Real Estates Salesperson license is renewed and Refuse to Renew Order is vacated. Notice of respondent's continuing education deficiency was defective, in that it was mailed to respondent's old address. Respondent has completed all continuing education for the 1999 renewal and has provided the Office of Banks and Real Estate with the proper certificates of completion.

George Michael -- 04/17/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was reprimanded and a $1,100 dollar fine was assessed for managing a real estate salesperson whose license had expired.

George Michael -- 06/18/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was placed on probation for 15 months, assessed a $3,000 fine and required to complete continuing education for acting as managing broker of Micheal Realty & Associates, failing to timely return the security deposit and failing to maintain its escrow accounts in conformance with the Act and Rules.

Brian J. Miller -- 9/26/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license is eligible to restore upon proof of successful completion of his 1999 renewal period CE deficiency, and payment of $500 fine. Once license is restored, it will be reprimanded.

Millard P. Milsap, Jr. -- 01/12/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license had been suspended since 1992 for failing to make payments on an educational loan. The loan is no longer due and owing to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. Therefore, the Petitioner is eligible to sit for the Salesperson examination upon successful completion of the prelicense course. The license may issue upon passage of the examination and timely submission of all applicable fees and forms.

Steward A. Munoz -- 10/18/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was suspended for 15 days subject to additional conditions regarding maintenance of escrow money for failure to obtain proper written authorization to disburse escrow moneys.

Mike J. Navarro -- 01/12/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was placed in refused to renew status for failure to pay his Illinois Income Tax liability and for failure to file all of his tax returns.

Felipe Orozco -- 06/06/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was assessed a civil penalty of $5,000 for engaging in the unlicensed practice of real estate prior to obtaining the salesperson license.

Jonathan B. Palumbo -- 10/31/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was indefinitely suspended for failure to complete required continuing education.

Robert J. Price -- 9/26/01 -- A real estate broker whose license had been indefinitely suspended was assessed a $1,000 civil penalty for accepting earnest money and otherwise holding himself out to the public as engaging in the practice of real estate.

Cassandra Ross-Robinson -- 05/11/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was eligible for restoration subject to a civil penalty of $300 after having rectified an NSF remittance to Office of Banks and Real Estate.

Carlos Rocha  -- 01/12/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license, which had been revoked for practicing real estate on an expired license, was eligible to be restored after payment of a $350 fine.

James Russel and Midstates Development & Management Corp. -- 02/14/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license of James Russel was placed upon probation for two years subject to certain conditions. The Real Estate Broker Corporation license of Midstates Development & Management Corporation was reprimanded, and James Russel and Midstates Development & Management Corporation collectively agree to be prohibited from serving as an escrow agent until further notice from the Office of Banks and Real Estate for operating a broker corporation without a broker corporation license and for violations arising out of the deposit and disbursement of earnest money for a transaction involving residential property in Chicago.

Eduardo Salazar -- 01/12/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was placed in refused to renew status for failure to pay his Illinois Income Tax liability and for failure to file all of his tax returns.

Arlene Schopfer -- 11/02/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was refused renewal for failure to satisfy Illinois tax liabilities.

Diementre Silas -- 06/18/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was reprimanded and a $500 fine was assessed and continuing education was required for failing to follow a client/buyer's instructions to include a home inspection contingency in a written offer, and for operating a real estate broker corporation for approximately two months without a real estate broker corporation license.

Louise D. Wyman -- 06/26/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was restored to active status after the Office of Banks and Real Estate received verification from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission that her student loan had been satisfied.

Antoine K. Abou-Zeid -- 04/17/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was reprimanded and a $1,000 dollar fine was assessed for procuring a real estate sales contract which was misleading.

Crest Hill :

Bryan K. Witt -- 12/19/01 -- The Real Estate Broker license was suspended for 30 days for inducing a buyer to purchase a home based upon Mr. Witt's false promise that he would purchase the buyer a home warranty.

Crestwood:

Greywolf, Inc. and Victor Lopez -- 05/11/01 -- Greywolf, Inc., an unlicensed corporation, was fined $10,000, and Victor Lopez, an unlicensed individual, was fined $10,000, for engaging in the unlicensed practice of real estate in Illinois.

Crystal Lake:

Donna Parotto -- 8-31-2001 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was refused renewal for failure to satisfy Illinois income tax liabilities.

Kristine Redmond -- 05/11/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license is eligible for restoration to active status for having rectified an NSF remittance to the Office of Banks and Real Estate.

Dolton City:

Ida Alashe -- 05/11/01 -- The Real Estate Salesperson license was revoked for failing to account for or remit monies coming into her possession that belonged to others; issuing a fraudulent check; knowingly making false representations; failing to produce escrow and related records to the Office of Banks and Real Estate upon request; failing to act in the best interests of her clients; engaging in dishonest dealing; and engaging in dishonorable, unethical, or unprofessional conduct of a character likely to deceive, defraud, or harm the public.
