and a $1,000.00 fine was assessed. The disciplines were based upon allegations
that George Staab acted as both a dual agent and as a seller, and he made
a misrepresentation about the real estate to the buyer. Dennis Polk, as
managing broker, failed to provide adequate supervision of George Staab.
