Springfield, IL, -- The Division of Professional Regulation announced that the Director signed the following orders:

 

Aurora:

Latresha Carter
The real estate license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

Berwyn:

Angela Pierre Jacques
The real estate license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

Big Rock:

William Fischer
The real estate license was cancelled and refused renewal for 2 years for falsifying his 2005 renewal application by certifying that he was exempt from completing the continuing education requirements for the 2005 renewal.

Champaign:

Eric Johnson
The real estate license was restored, reprimanded and assessed a $300.00 fine after having been terminated for failing to rectify a dishonored check submitted to the agency.

Charleston:

Robert W. Taylor
The real estate broker license was permanently revoked for failure to account for escrow money, failure to produce escrow records, and other escrow violations.

Chicago:

Ladwayne Banks
The real estate license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

Broadway Realty Group LLC
The real estate limited liability company license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

James Burke
The real estate license was reprimanded for falsifying his 2005 renewal application by certifying that he completed the continuing education requirements for the 2005 renewal.

Daniel Resendiz
The real estate license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

Sohail Salahuddin
Sohail Salahuddin was issued a real estate broker license which was placed on probation for two years as the result of his 2003 conviction for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

Augustine Salgado
The real estate leasing agent student license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

Melissa Stasio
The real estate license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

Yolanda Zapiain
The real estate license was restored, reprimanded and assessed a $300.00 fine after having been terminated for failing to rectify a dishonored check submitted to the agency.

Ronald Ulakovich
The real estate license was cancelled and refused renewal for 2 years for falsifying his 2005 renewal application by certifying that he was exempt from completing the Continuing Education requirement.

Frankfort:

Gerard Boyadjian
The real estate salesperson license was placed in refused to renew status for being more than 30 day delinquent on child support payments. License will not be renewed until proof that all child support liabilities have been paid is provided.

Glenwood:

Catty Salgado
The real estate salesperson license was reprimanded and an administrative fee was assessed for falsifying her 2005 renewal application by certifying that she had complied with all continuing education requirements for the 2005 renewal.

Hanover Park:

Nancy Palermo
Nancy Palermo was granted a rehearing after having failed to appear at the scheduled Formal Hearing.

Lisle:

Roderick Woltmann
Applicant was convicted of bank robbery on or around December 7, 2001. Applicant's real estate salesperson application is denied.

Park Ridge:

Ted Pirpiris
The application for the broker license shall be resolved by agreement subject to the issuance of a salesperson license instead of a broker license. The basis for the agreement was due to the previous discipline of the applicant's Illinois insurance license.

Noel Rubenstein
The real estate was license reprimanded for falsifying his 2005 renewal application by certifying that he complied with the completing the continuing education requirements for the 2005 renewal. Licensee was also required to pay a fine and late fee for each deficient credit hour.

South Barrington:

Raymond Bellan
Applicant was convicted of felony burglary in 1985. Applicant's real estate salesperson application is denied.

Alfredo Busano
The real estate salesperson license shall be suspended for a definite period of six months due to a criminal conviction.

Alfredo Busano
The application for a broker license shall be granted, subject to the completion of the 6 month suspension of Mr. Busano's real estate salesperson license. Furthermore, upon issuance, the broker license shall be placed on probation for 1 year and during the 1 year probation period Mr. Busano shall be prohibited from being a managing broker or self sponsored broker.

Tinley Park:

R. Ronald Sales
The real estate license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

Willow Springs:

Gerald Them
The real estate license was cancelled and refused renewal for 2 years for falsifying his 2005 renewal application by certifying that he was exempt from completing the continuing education requirements for the 2005 renewal.

Wilmette:

David Geiger
The real estate license was terminated for failure to rectify a dishonored check that has been tendered to IDFPR.

 

Out of State

Carrollton, TX:

Bonita Geary Kaplan
The real estate broker license is eligible for restoration due to satisfaction of outstanding Illinois tax liabilities.
