the following orders:

The real estate license was restored, reprimanded and assessed a $300.00
fine after having been terminated for failing to rectify a dishonored
check submitted to the agency.

The basis for the agreement was due to the previous discipline of the
applicant's Illinois insurance license.

application by certifying that he complied with the completing the continuing
education requirements for the 2005 renewal. Licensee was also required
to pay a fine and late fee for each deficient credit hour.
