| | one directly responsible for planning, organizing, directing and supervising the operation of a nursing |
| | home. The Board is made up of seven members appointed by the Governor, consisting of two public |
| | members and five licensed nursing home administrators. The Board is charged with providing expert |
| | knowledge and advice on disciplinary matters and professional performance and conduct. |
