License Look-up Help

	The disciplinary information returned from a license lookup dates back to January 1, 1990. If no actions are displayed, the information is not available in our online database at this time. Click HERE for definitions of the different types of disciplinary actions the Department may impose. IDPR also publishes a monthly report detailing disciplinary action taken by the Department. Each Disciplinary Report is a listing of all licensees disciplined by the Department within a given month. The information includes the name of the disciplined profession, the city where they were practicing at the time of action, the discipline imposed and a brief description of the reason for the discipline.
