The mission of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Real Estate, is to protect the public by ensuring professionals, involved in the business of buying and selling real property, comply with licensure qualifications and state laws governing the practice of real estate.

Illinois Condominium & Common Interest Community Ombudsperson ("CCIC Ombudsperson")
The mission of the CCIC Ombudsperson is to provide information to unit owners, condominium and common interest community associations and their respective boards in order that they all may better understand their rights and obligations under the Condominium Property Act and the Common Interest Community Association Act.
