Collection Agency

License Expiration Date Changed from May 31, 2024 to December 31, 2024

On November 28, 2023 the Department promulgated rules which changed the collection agency license expiration date from May 31, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and required annual renewal. Please see 38 IAC 150.30 

Renewal procedures will be made available before November 1, 2024. All currently active licenses will not expire on May 31, 2024. All currently active licenses will not expire until December 31, 2024.
